Herbal mixture for making a delicious herbal tea.

Content: 100 grams

Use: pour 1 teaspoon (4-5 grams) herbs with 150ml hot water. Allow to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups a day, preferably in the evening.

Note: Keep dry, cool, dark and closed.

Ingredients: Orange leaf (Citrus aurantium), melissa (Melissa officinalis), spearmint (Mentha crispa), valerian (Valeriana officinalis)
